RFQs straight from email
Enquiries arrive in every format: body text, PDF, Excel, Word or a scan. The assistant reads them all and enters each RFQ with its lines and files.
Connect your ProcMar account to the AI assistant you already use. Ask questions about your business, enter RFQs straight from your inbox and update records in plain language.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to business software. The ProcMar MCP connector links Claude or ChatGPT to your ProcMar account, so the assistant can read and update your clients, vessels, RFQs, quotations, orders, invoices, payments and more.
You sign in with your normal ProcMar login. The assistant then works with exactly the modules and clients your account is allowed to see, nothing more.
Enter today's RFQs from my inbox into ProcMar.
Which clients owe us more than 90 days?
Enquiries arrive in every format: body text, PDF, Excel, Word or a scan. The assistant reads them all and enters each RFQ with its lines and files.
No more copying part numbers and quantities line by line. Your team reviews and quotes instead of retyping.
Ask about sales, margins, top clients, open orders or overdue invoices and get the answer in seconds, without building a report.
Before creating an RFQ the connector checks the client's reference, so running it again never enters the same enquiry twice.
The assistant sees only the modules and clients your ProcMar user can see. A sales executive's assistant only sees their own clients.
Use it in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile, in ChatGPT, or in Codex. Connect once and it is there in every chat.
You need a ProcMar account and an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another) whose plan supports custom connectors.

Then choose the ready-made prompt "Enter RFQs from my inbox" from the ProcMar connector, or simply type "Enter today's RFQs from my inbox into ProcMar". The assistant finds the enquiries, matches the client by the sender's email, finds the vessel by IMO or name, skips anything already entered and gives you a summary of what it created and what needs a check.
Close to everything you do in the portal, by asking.
Create and update RFQs, client quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders and invoices. Mark orders won or lost, void invoices, record payments.
Supplier quotations, purchase orders, bills and expenses. See and compare supplier offers per RFQ.
Look up and edit clients, contacts, addresses and vessels. Find every vessel with a given maker or equipment, from your RFQ history.
Search products, check stock and stock history, product photos, makers, models and categories, and record stock adjustments.
Dashboard, monthly stats, top clients, orders report, client ledger, due invoices and the daily sales brief. Ask any count, total or trend question.
Shipments and AWB tracking numbers, tasks and call logs, marketing contacts and campaign drafts. Campaigns are only sent from ProcMar itself.
"Enter today's RFQs from my inbox into ProcMar."
"What were our sales this month compared with last month?"
"List invoices overdue by more than 60 days, grouped by client."
"Which vessels have Alfa Laval purifiers?"
"Show the open RFQs for vessel [name] and their status."
"Do we have part number 1234-567 in stock? What did we sell it for last time?"
You sign in on the ProcMar page itself (OAuth 2.1). Your password is never given to Claude or ChatGPT, and access can be removed at any time by disconnecting.
Module access and client assignments set by your admin apply to the assistant too. If your user is deactivated, the connector stops working.
Deleting, voiding, closing or editing existing records asks you to confirm first. Emails and campaigns are never sent by the assistant.
ProcMar never reads your email. Your own assistant reads it with the access you give it, and only the RFQ details are entered in ProcMar.
The connector is included with your ProcMar subscription. You use your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, so the AI is billed by them as usual.
You may need a paid plan of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other AI assistant you wish to use that supports custom connectors (MCP).
Yes, so it is set up to be careful: it does not create clients, it does not send RFQs to suppliers and it flags anything uncertain in its summary. Your team reviews each RFQ in ProcMar before quoting.
Remove the ProcMar connector in your assistant's settings. Deactivating the ProcMar user also ends access.
